Each month, we’ll be focusing on a specific theme that builds on the other, taking you through an entire journey of how to lead a company operationally and financially.

The CEO program was unlike anything I expected...

Will this be another program where I’m taught someone else’s structure and it doesn’t work?
No, that’s the exact OPPOSITE reason why I created this program. We are not here to tell you what to do - rather, you’re going to learn how to THINK and MAKE DECISIONS like a CEO.
What works for me may not work for you BUT the skill that’s most important to master here is…how to execute your big ideas alongside other people. It took me years to truly understand how to do this and today, I’m simplifying it in a 9-month program. For me, this has been one of the greatest contributions to my success.
Secondly, the reason I am not teaching this alone is because having multiple perspectives in the room is one of your greatest assets and allies.

The biggest mistake I see entrepreneurs make is they wait until they NEED a team to hire one. This causes people to hire the wrong people without a clear intention of how to lead them and direct the ship ultimately resulting in them feeling like their team is just another job.
Inside The CEO Program, you won’t be diving into team-building right away. The first 4 months are YOU understanding the science of business, the necessary internal structures and the financial clean up that’s needed. Remember, the purpose of this program is to get you THINKING like a CEO, so once that begins to happen - building a team becomes 10x easier (both operationally and financially.)
I’m not a coach, will I still benefit from this program?
100%. This is a business school and business is commerce so if you’re actively selling a service or product, you’re going to get a lot out of this.
Do you cover branding at all in this program?
This particular program is more focused on business, structure, and strategy however being a Creative Director at heart, I’m going to be speaking to the creative genius within you. This is a business school for the ARTISTS + CREATIVES. Throughout our time together, I’ll be teaching how to bring union to your brand + business, create bigger movements within your launches, and overall ripple out your leadership in bold ways. However, we won’t be covering design/visual storytelling/specific branding elements.
