Definition of Past Due Payments:
Payments are considered past due (1) business day after the due date. If your initial payment fails, Stripe will attempt to collect payment 23 hours after. If the second payment fails, a new payment arrangement will need to be created.
Past Due Payment Policy:
Once your payment is (3) business days past due, your access to live mentorship from Victoria Washington Global LLC will be tentatively revoked until payment is received. This includes removal from online groups, zoom calls, or any other spaces in which the private mentorship extends. After (7) business days, you will be permanently removed from the program. The company reserves the right to collect missed payments and may charge additional fees if the past due payment is considered egregious.
Chargeback Policy:
If you have been permanently removed from any VW Global LLC’s programs due to non-payment, you are not eligible for good faith payment plans in the future. If you do decide to enroll in another program, you must pay-in-full and/or remit all payments prior to services or digital products being rendered.
False chargebacks or disputes towards Victoria Washington Global via any payment processors are required to be paid back within 5 business days and can result in a permanent ban and block.
Delivery and Fulfillment: All orders submitted are understood to be digital orders. Digital delivery and access to the order will be sent to the customer’s email used at purchase. Refunds:
Due to the nature of the services provided, there are no refunds, transfers or cancellations. Victoria Washington Global LLC does not issue refunds due to lack of attendance in program, scheduling conflicts, overcommitting, or personal disagreements. By signing up for this program, you acknowledge you are ready to complete the full investment and that there will be no refunds issued.
Return Policy:
Due to the digital nature of the services purchased, there are no returns. If you are dissatisfied with your product or accidentally purchased the wrong product, please contact us below and we can transfer your access to another offer.
